About Us
Finding Inspiration in Every Turn
A space where inner and outer transformation meet — as within, so without; as above, so below.
Blending movement, breath, and conscious practices, we support both physical strength, health and deeper awareness — within a community that evolves together.

Our Story
Prana Studio was born from experience, shaped by community, and guided by growth.
What began as a personal practice evolved into a shared vision — a place where movement, awareness, and connection come together.
Today, it lives as a wellness ecosystem — a space to move, breathe, and return to yourself.
Rooted in practice, informed by human experience.
Meet The Team

Constantina Hadjidemetiou
Yoga Therapist & Yoga Teacher
Nina is the founder and director of Prana Wellbeing Center, a thriving wellness community she has nurtured and developed for over nine years. With a background in Social Sciences and extensive training in Yoga, Yoga Therapy, and holistic wellbeing, her work bridges modern understanding of human behavior with ancient wisdom traditions.

A certified Yoga Teacher and Yoga Therapist, Constantina has completed over 1700 hours of yoga teacher training and continues her studies through dedicated practice, research, and professional development. She is a registered Yoga Therapy practitioner and has guided many students through yoga, breathwork, meditation, and therapeutic movement practices.

Her approach is rooted in the belief that true wellbeing emerges when body, mind, emotions, and relationships are nurtured as an interconnected whole.
Through Prana Wellbeing Center, she has created a welcoming space where individuals can reconnect with themselves, cultivate resilience, and experience meaningful personal transformation.

In addition to her work in yoga and wellbeing, Constantina is a certified Family Dispute Resolution (ADR) Practitioner, supporting individuals and families in navigating conflict through communication, understanding, and compassionate dialogue. This work complements her broader mission of fostering harmony, connection, and wellbeing within both individuals and communities.

Her teaching combines warmth, authenticity, therapeutic insight, and a deep respect for each person's unique journey. Whether guiding a dynamic yoga practice, a therapeutic session, or a moment of stillness, she invites people to return to their innate capacity for balance, healing, and self-discovery.

"My vision for Prana Wellbeing Center is to serve as a wellbeing ecosystem—a space where movement, breath, connection, and self-discovery come together to support a more conscious, balanced, and fulfilling life."

Pavel Kozlov
Holistic Massage Therapist & founder of INTUNE
For Pavel, bodywork is not about “fixing” an injured muscle, but about helping you remember how good it feels to move freely and live comfortably in your own body.
His journey into manual therapy began with a personal curiosity about the body’s incredible resilience—driven by a life of active movement through triathlons, yoga, and handstands, and an appreciation for the structural mechanics of human physical potential. Pavel's transition from the corporate world into bodywork is a prime example of personal frequency elevation for the greater good of those around him.
The philosophy of INTUNE is to provide a holistic approach that not only treats the specific area, but targets the whole body by working directly with the nervous system. Pavel's method is multidisciplinary, often blending lighter Swedish techniques with deep tissue manipulation, incorporating Thai stretches, and using fascial techniques to create the exact blend a client needs for their specific goal. Pavel is an ITEC (UK) certified specialist in Holistic Lymphatic Massage (MLD).
Pavel’s approach is deeply collaborative and welcoming. When you step into his treatment room, there are no rigid, one-size-fits-all routines. He meets you exactly where you are—listening to your body's specific needs, whether you are trying to ease neck and shoulder pain from daily stress or computer work, reset a high-stress nervous system, or find a lighter, de-congested state of flow.
Outside the studio, you will likely find Pavel running in the park, swimming along the wild shores of Akamas, or studying a new massage modality.
