Terms & Membership Conditions
Effective from 1 September 2026
By purchasing a membership, booking a class or attending a session at Prana Wellbeing Center, you agree to the following terms.
1. Memberships
Prana memberships are monthly and are based on your chosen weekly practice frequency: 1, 2, 3 or 4 practices per week.
Memberships are not class-credit packages. Your monthly fee is therefore not calculated according to the exact number of classes attended during a particular month.
Your membership reserves your place in your selected regular weekly classes, subject to the terms below.
2. Membership Payments
Memberships follow the calendar month and payment is due at the beginning of each month, no later than the 5th of the month.
Memberships currently renew manually and are not automatically renewed.
If a membership has not been renewed by the 5th, Prana cannot guarantee that the member's regular place will remain reserved and the space may be offered to another student.
Membership fees are not recalculated according to individual attendance or personal absences.
3. Bookings
Advance booking is required for classes due to limited capacity.
Members are responsible for managing their bookings and cancelling in sufficient time when they are unable to attend.
Availability for additional or make-up classes cannot be guaranteed.
4. Cancellations & Make-ups
If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, please cancel at least 12 hours before the class begins.
With at least 12 hours' notice, the missed practice may be replaced by another eligible class within the same calendar month, subject to availability.
Make-up classes:
-
must be used within the same calendar month;
-
are subject to availability;
-
cannot be transferred to the following month;
-
have no cash or credit value; and
-
cannot be replaced again if the booked make-up itself is missed.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the class, and no-shows, are not eligible for a make-up.
5. Personal Absences
Personal absences due to travel, holidays, work, illness or other personal circumstances do not reduce or alter the monthly membership fee.
Prana does not deduct missed practices from the following month's membership or issue credits for personal absences.
Where the cancellation requirements have been met, members may use the make-up system described above.
6. Teacher Absence & Class Changes
If a teacher is unavailable, Prana will first aim to arrange a suitable replacement teacher so that the scheduled class can continue.
Occasionally, this may mean that a different teacher or an appropriate alternative practice is offered.
If Prana cancels a class and suitable teacher cover cannot be arranged, affected members will be offered a replacement.
Prana reserves the right to make reasonable changes to teachers, schedules and class formats when necessary.
7. Annual Practice Calendar & Scheduled Holidays
Prana's monthly prices are structured around its annual practice calendar from September through July.
The annual calendar includes:
-
a two-week Christmas break;
-
a two-week Easter break; and
-
closure for the full month of August.
The Christmas and Easter breaks are already taken into account in the annual pricing structure. They therefore do not result in membership reductions, refunds, credits or make-up classes.
Prana is closed during August and no monthly memberships are charged for that month.
Exact holiday dates will be communicated in advance.
8. New Members Joining During the Month
Monthly memberships begin on the 1st of the calendar month.
New students joining after the month has begun may attend available classes using the applicable drop-in rate until the next monthly membership cycle begins.
Monthly membership fees are not prorated for mid-month starts.
9. Changing Your Membership
Members may upgrade to a higher-frequency membership during the month by paying the difference in price.
A change to a lower-frequency membership takes effect from the following calendar month.
No retrospective refund or price reduction is provided when changing to a lower-frequency plan during an active month.
10. Taking a Month Off
Memberships currently renew manually.
If you know that you will be away for an entire calendar month, you may simply choose not to renew for that month.
No separate membership-freeze procedure is required.
11. Hot Yoga
Hot Yoga may be purchased as a standalone monthly membership or drop-in practice.
Members with eligible 2x, 3x or 4x weekly Prana memberships may include one Hot Yoga practice per week as one of their selected weekly practices, subject to availability.
12. Multi-Teacher & Independent Classes
Prana memberships may include eligible classes offered by participating teachers.
Where eligible classes from different participating teachers are combined, the applicable Prana Wellbeing membership is used and payment is made through Prana.
Some teachers, practitioners and services operating within Prana manage their own bookings, packages and payments independently.
Kundalini Yoga with Erica currently operates independently and is not included in Prana memberships.
Independent one-to-one services, including bodywork, acupuncture, nutrition and other practitioner services, are subject to the individual practitioner's own pricing, booking and cancellation conditions unless otherwise stated.
13. Existing Member / Legacy Prices
Previously agreed legacy membership prices remain available to eligible existing members for Nina's classes only.
Legacy memberships follow the same monthly payment, cancellation, make-up and annual-calendar conditions described in these Terms.
When an existing member chooses to combine Nina's classes with eligible classes from other participating teachers, the current Prana Wellbeing membership prices apply.
A member may temporarily use a combination membership without immediately losing their legacy status.
After more than two consecutive months without an active membership, current Prana pricing applies upon return.
From 1 September 2026, Prana does not create new individualised membership prices or attendance-based discounts.
14. Refunds & Transfers
Prana memberships, class bookings and services are subject to the cancellation and make-up conditions set out in these Terms.
Once a membership period has begun, missed classes, personal absences and unused make-ups do not normally entitle the member to a refund, credit or reduction of a future membership.
Bookings for individual classes, workshops, events or other leisure activities scheduled for a specific date or period may be subject to different cancellation or withdrawal rules in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict any statutory rights that a consumer may have under applicable Cyprus or European Union consumer-protection law.
Where a refund is legally required, Prana Wellbeing Center will process it in accordance with the applicable legal requirements and, where appropriate, through the original payment method.
Memberships, bookings and make-up classes are personal and may not be transferred to another person unless Prana expressly agrees otherwise.
15. Participation & Personal
Responsibility
Participants are responsible for choosing practices appropriate to their individual circumstances and for informing the teacher of any relevant injury, pregnancy, physical limitation or other circumstance that may affect safe participation.
Students should practise within their own capacity and follow the teacher's safety instructions.
Where appropriate, participants should seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before beginning or returning to physical practice.
16. Respect for the Space & Community
Prana is a shared wellbeing space.
We ask everyone using the Center to respect scheduled class and appointment times, other practitioners and students, the quiet areas of the house, equipment and shared spaces.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue participation where behaviour significantly disrupts the safety, dignity or reasonable enjoyment of others.
17. Changes to These Terms
Prana Wellbeing Center may update these Terms when reasonably necessary to reflect changes to services, schedules, memberships or operating requirements.
Material changes affecting active members will be communicated appropriately.
Continued purchase or use of services after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
