Service Description
A year-long journey into the foundations of Classical Yoga, exploring the relationship between body, breath, attention and mind through the teachings of Patañjali’s Yoga Sūtras. Throughout the ten-month programme, we approach yoga as both a practical discipline and a philosophical inquiry. Each month introduces a theme drawn from the classical tradition, which we investigate through asana, breathwork, concentration and guided reflection. Rather than treating yoga as a collection of physical postures, this journey invites us to explore the deeper purpose of practice: understanding the movements of the mind, cultivating steadiness and developing a more conscious relationship with ourselves. The teachings are approached progressively, allowing philosophical study and embodied practice to inform one another. No previous knowledge of yoga philosophy is required, only curiosity and a willingness to explore.

Cancellation Policy
At Prana Wellbeing Center, we strive to create a supportive and respectful environment for all participants. To ensure a smooth experience, please review our booking policy below. Class Bookings All classes, workshops, and sessions must be booked up to 18 hours in advance. Spaces are limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Arriving for Class Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may not be admitted once the class has begun to avoid disruption and ensure the safety of all participants. Cancellations Class bookings may be cancelled up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Late Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations made less than 12 hours before class, as well as missed classes without notice, may result in the loss of that class credit or session.
